If you still have it, place the product back in its original packaging along with all original accessories in a shock-resistant transport packaging. If necessary, provide additional padding to prevent the product from shifting within the packaging.
Please note that damages attributable to inadequate product packaging may result in the loss of product warranty, a reduction in value, or a refusal of the right to return.

Returns in our store are, of course, possible. In such a case, you do not need to follow the above return procedure, and you are always welcome at our customer service desk.
Product returns under warranty:
If your product exhibits defects within the 12-month statutory warranty period, you can return it to us. You can use the above step-by-step plan for this purpose. You can contact us in advance to obtain a return label for free returns.
Upon receiving the product, it will be thoroughly and free of charge tested by our technical department. If we identify a problem, the product will be replaced, repaired, or refunded. If we are unable to reproduce the problem, shipping and testing costs may be charged.
Note! If the defect arises from improper use or physical damage occurring after purchase, warranty rights expire.
Product returns under the right of withdrawal:
You can return it to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your online order. Depending on the condition of the product, you will receive a full or partial refund.
We will inspect your product. If all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
Depending on its condition, you may receive a partial refund of the purchase price. In exceptional cases, your return may not be accepted.
Note! Due to their nature, the following products are not eligible for returns:

* Software that has been unpacked or delivered in digital form
* Hygienic products with a broken seal (including personal hygiene equipment, headset sets, ...)
